Handy reusable foam filter material
I repair and build my own computers and use this for fan filters. I double up the thickness to stop smaller particles. I put in on all my computer air intake areas to keep dirt out of my machine. When it starts getting dirty, you can vacuum it if you have it retained with a frame or remove it and hand wash and dry it. You can reuse it many times. I have used this for many filter uses and it works great.
+1 for Computer Filters!
Works great to filter dust from air for computers! It would be a better deal if it came with a second sheet for a dollar more... but it's a fair price right now...
Simple But Hard to Find
This cut-to-fit foam was just what I needed for my air purifier. I searched everywhere for this filter, small hardware stores, large chain hardware stores, etc. I couldn't find it anywhere and was beginning to give up when I finally found it on Amazon. It was easy to cut and fit perfectly. It was inexpensive and I will not hesitate to order more when I need them.
