bad soldering
bad soldering caused the ionizer to short out and nearly broke my brand new PC. DO NOT BUY THIS WASTE OF MONEY.

At first i received this, i think it is too small to be effective.
Latter, randomly i use something to make a experiment. After covering it with a container i injected some smoke in it. Guess what, the smell disappeared quickly.

It really works!
Like my title says, it really works! At first I wasn't sure it was working until I tried to feel if an air flow was actually coming from it or not and there was! I got two of these, one for my cubical at the office and one for my laptop when I travel. Now when it comes to ions, you don't really have any or much of an air flow because that's not their design, but the fact that I can feel a slight velocity from the device indicates it really pushing the ions out to remove dust, germs, ect from the air. People are getting sick around me all the time at the office and I have yet to catch anything, of course there's still the risk from other exposures, but at least where I spend most of my time (in my cube) is more sterile than w/o or at least it seems to be. It does also have a little green led to indicate it's operation. I leave it plugged in 24/7, doesn't get hot, gets barely warm, is low voltage since it's running from a usb port. You aren't going to get any 'fresh' smell from...
